Tennessee Wesleyan University celebrated a momentous occasion during Homecoming Weekend 2023 by dedicating the Wilhelm Dental Hygiene Program, signifying a significant leap forward in dental education and community healthcare.

The dedication ceremony acknowledged the generous donation from Dr. Martin and Linda Harris Wilhelm, who have been instrumental in making this program a reality. The Wilhelm Dental Hygiene Program will offer a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology, providing students with a world-class education in dental hygiene. Its mission is to produce skilled dental professionals capable of addressing our community’s oral health needs.

Dr. Tyler Forrest, president of Tennessee Wesleyan University, expressed his gratitude to the Wilhelms, saying, “This gift is a testament to the power of philanthropy and the impact it can have on education and healthcare.”
