Reaffirmation Process

Colleges and Universities accredited by SACSCOC must go through the reaffirmation of accreditation every ten years. The review process includes all operations of the University and will be conducted in four components:

• Compliance Certification that documents accreditation compliance;
• off-site peer review of compliance certificate;
• Preparation of Quality Enhancement Plan; and
• an on-site peer review.

2020 Reaffirmation

Tennessee Wesleyan University values being a part of the SACSCOC organization and appreciates the evaluation process. Reaffirmation helps the University constantly self-evaluate internal policies and procedures to ensure we remain a mission-driven institution providing students with a quality educational experience.

The University completed the reaffirmation process in spring 2021 and was fully approved.
