Program Description
Overall, project management is crucial for organizations to achieve their strategic goals, minimize risks, and deliver value to clients and stakeholders. It provides a structured approach to planning, executing, and controlling projects, ensuring that they are completed successfully.
Project managers help companies effectively use their resources while achieving the goals of the organization. They also manage risks, meet deadlines, and control costs. While ensuring team effectiveness, project managers focus on collaboration and good communication among stakeholders. The TWU Executive MSPM program include hyrbrid course days and designed for international graduate students studying in the U.S. or domestic students seeking a hybrid-format program. The hybrid model is ideal for working professionals and business executives who want a program that works with their busy schedule but isn’t completely online.
The TWU Master of Science in Project Management program consists of 30 hours and includes the following requirements.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must have an undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher and conferred bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Application Process
To apply for admission, submit the following documents:
• Completed Graduate application for admission
• Official transcripts from the baccalaureate degree granting institution
Residency Attendance Policy
Attendance at each Executive Residency class session is mandatory. Students may make up no more than one (1) residencey session throughout the duration of their academic program. Missing a second residency will result in the student being dismissed from the University. A missed session will result in the student attending a make-up session and paying a $300 Residency Make-Up fee. In addition, the student may be asked for documentation from the program department providing an explanation as to why the scheduled residency session was missed. Make-up sessions must be completed prior to the end of the term. Noncompliance with this policy will result in dismissal from the executive program.
